I suppose it depends on what is going on in your life. I'm not sure if anyone really knows when their life will end. I have had many tell me that they thought this, or that they thought that they would not live to see age 35, or 40, or 50, etc, and have absolutely no reason for it ... just a feeling.

One thing that I learned about feelings is that they are not good or bad, they just are. And feelings are neither correct or incorrect ... they just are. They do not protect you or lead you to harm ... they just are. What brings feelings into reality, or into fruition, is action ... acting on the feelings. I can tell you, that it is possible to feel that you're life is going to end soon, and somehow, create that very reality. There is something called a phychosomatic disorder where you can actually make yourself sick from thought or desire.

Now, do you want your life to end soon, or do you want to find purpose in your life? Do you want death to take you, or do you want to take life? My thought is, that you need to make a decision: Either go with your feelings, or your thoughts of life being short for you, or ignore the feelings (which may not have true meaning or validity) and life a life that helps you, and helps others.

Another thing to consider: Even if you are correct, and your life is going to end soon ... would you want it to end without a purpose or with a purpose? Then if you are wrong, you have more time to perfect the purpose!

Well - this is common in people that have been broken or betrayd or scaried by something ...
Anyway it's also very common to mostly intelegent ones ....

I still have not come to explanation about my words above ... but it is so ...

Maybe you can find some that make you happy , make your life more full , and create you some kind of joyness ...
That keep you in development/research of something ...
Try some in this direction - maybe you will touch the point of your life direction and will make your life more lightfull

Depends on how old you are.
I would guess that you are fairly young and I know I certainly felt that way until I hit 30 or so. Then I started wondering what happened. lol

I assume most feel that way since one common saying is "If I'd known I was going to live this long I would have taken better care of myself!"

hi there!
i think that it is not that you feel that your life is going to end, its just that there is a feeling of emptiness in you. you feel empty and lonely that your are not satisfied with your life, you are not contented in where you are now. i suggest that appreciate every little things that comes in your life. make each day your last day that means fulfill your life with worth living. even if it is good or bad be matured enough to deal with it, handle the situation as if you've been there before, learn from your mistakes and yearn the good things in life.......life is good you just have to learn and feel the beauty of life......

hope that would help to open your heart....God bless! =)

You could be old. You could be terminally ill. You may have wronged someone and believe they will take revenge on you. You may be paranoid. You may be in need of medical help. You may need to see a shrink. You may be very unhappy and it is wishful thinking as a way to make all your problems go away. You may be suicidal. It may be none of these, but only you know.

If you feel that way then you should definately live every day to its fullest. Have a Will and life insurance in case something does happen to you. But you can't worry about it because when it's our time -- we die.

If you live your life scared of the future, you miss out on everything that is happening now.
