Well, as far as flaws, Batman has increasingly become more paranoid about his team mates in the JLA, and can only trust those in his family (Nightwing, Robin, Oracle, etc). I think if that were to keep up, Batman would shut himself off to the outside world and just concentrate more on Gotham, instead of the rest of the world.
In the next 25 years? Well, I think he might drive those closest to him away. He might willingly distance himself from the JLA, except for Superman. While Robin and Nightwing head off in their own directions. Leaving Batman to himself. And maybe we'll see him pick up the cape and cowl again if he feels he needs to, rather than on a nightly basis.
But, if Batman were to be replaced, I think he'll pass the mantle on to Tim Drake. I believe Bruce himself has stated that Tim would make an excellent Batman when it comes time for him to retire.

Question 1: The most glaring flaw, which seems to finally have caught the eye of a writer in the comics, is that Bruce Wayne is losing himself in his night work - literally. I understand the character's motivation and all that, but it's been nothing short of a miracle that he's been able to go this long without losing every other aspect of his id, ego and superego in the process.
Question 2: Realistically, I see Batman dead; there's only so many times you can cheat death. But if you know how comics work, most likely he will have gone through several re-inventions (good and bad) by then, plus there's the whole "time in comics doesn't move as fast as real time" thing. The Batman of 25 years in the future will be essentially the same as the one now, save for a few cosmetic adjustments and supporting character shifts. What WOULD be fun, though, is if he fianlly lost his home base, Wayne Manor, in some tragic storyline and had to branch out.
Question 3: This question has two possibilities. If he has advance notice of his 'retirement', and manages to keep his head in the game, he could set up a Wayne Corp. financed secret organization to fight crime, wherin maybe more than one person could share the Mantle of the Bat. That way, you could have fan favorites like Dick Grayson (who doesn't seem to make enough money as Nightwing anyway) and Tim Drake plus the occasional surprise guest in Jason Todd (think the Guy Gardner of Batmen). Plus Batwomen. It could be campy as hell or way cool, depending on who helmed it.
If he dies "unexpectedly", then it would depend on who wanted to rise up in his place at the time. Depending on when this is, it could be anyone (not literally, but you know what I mean).

Batmans majopr flaws are his lack of trust as seen per Infinite Crisis/Brother Eye and his ego.
The last two have already been answered, Batman Beyond
1. In which Bruce trains Terry Mcguiness to take up the mantle of Batman. This was made into a really good and underated movie " Batman Beyond: The Return of The Joker)

Don't know if this is a flaw, but Batman will never use guns. He his human, so he can be hurt and bad (remember Bane?).
Bruce Wayne's been Batman since 1939, so I don't see that changing in the next 25 years or ever.

I feel his major flaw right now is becomign less self relient, in NML he stated how he had become to dependent on certain things and this same problem seemed ot catch him off guard in War Games
I'm not sure but maybe Bruce Wayne could use a Lazarus pit
I think Tim has better potentially out of any of his, he is probably less combat skilled however he seems to hold intellectually capabilities of Bruce with some added wisdom

good questions, but many have already been answered by DC comics.
his major flaws is that he is just human, an amazing human yes, but he is still just human, he has the flaw of an easy death.
in the future, there have been 2 different storys, one with terry mcginnes (batman beyond) where bruce gets to old and decreped to continue and reluctantly hands the mantle of the immortal batman to him. the second one has bruce becoming decrepid but making a new suit to compensate for that (all after bane and two face find out who he is and destroy his mansion, this is in 'kingdom come', a end story for the dc universe). with this suit he fights a major battle with wonder woman, but the rest you have to read, and its worth it.
as i said, his replacement was terri mcginnes. the only others could be dick grayson, or (i cant believe i dont remember his name) the first robin who latter became nightwing. though i doubt that either one would want to.... bruce tends to piss people off who really know him.

-What do you mean "his major flaws according to how he conducts his work)? Which type of work? His hero work or his multi-billion dollar corporation?
-We already know where Batman will be in the future. Haven't you heard of Batman Beyond?
-In Batman Beyond, Batman gives up being Batman and finds a successor to be the new Batman, but he still oversees things from his cave.

1) Like Superman, he stands for truth, justice, and the american way which means no killing anyone, even the baddest bad guy.
2) Yes, to adapt to the evolution of crime, he will become a senior citizen vigilante, like in Dark Knight Returns.
3) Daredevil, because of his in-depth knowledge of the justice system.

-He always played second fiddle to Biggles, who was much more dynamic and the real hero. In fact, often he's refered to simple as the batman and not named in many of Biggles's Adventures.
-It's fiction so it's impossible to say what Biggles will be doing in 25 years, but I'm sure it'll still be stirring stuff and I'm sure he'll still need a batman to make his tiffin.
-There have been plenty of batmen throughout the Biggles novels, so I don't think it really matters who succeeds him so long as they don't try to make Biggles more modern and get him to employ a batwoman.
