who is bigger, bakti or karm?

The effects of all deeds actively create past, present and future experiences, thus making one responsible for one's own life, and the pain in others. In religions that incorporate reincarnation, karma extends through one's present life and all past and future lives as well.

I would say karma is bigger than bakhti.

bakti is bigger,because it have been said in bhagavad gita,people ion this world are so sinful and ther will be danger in every step.so only solution is to just chant the hare krsna maha mantra as given in Prabhupada's Bhagavad gita as it is.ok.

ie.bhakti is directly proportional to karma
