eBay has a record of your shipping address and when a buyer wins an auction, eBay sends the seller all your information. Go back to the auction and read all the terms the seller has listed. Sometimes the seller asks that you contact THEM within a certain amount of time.

Also when you win that auction eBay should send YOU a letter with information about the seller and details about payment, etc.

Ebay sends the seller an email notifying the him/her of the sale, and to which address to send the package to.
