I kicked a Japanese guy out of my house for repeatedly dirtying my couch, harrasing my wife and shitting on my lawn (as an example)?

Well, if you would react the same way if he was not Japanese, then NO by definition.
That is what racism is all about - treating people different because of their nationality/ethnicity.

What was he doing in your house in the first place? Kicking a person out for those things is not racist, however questioning whether it was his ethnicity that created the problem is, and the fact that you bought up the question of race in relation to kicking him out is too.
Whether you are a racist or not cannot be ascertained based on the evidence.

if you have to ask that, you probably are racist.
IF SOMEONE IS DISRESPECTING YOU, YOUR FAMILY, AND YOUR HOME, THEY GET KICKED OUT.

why dont try to make him understand that what he does is wrong (as an example).....and see if there is any difference in him....and im NOT telling you stop doing this not only to japanese but also any other community....
