few months back iwas a skinny lookin girl and then one day i started doin yoga i did it for one month regularly half an hour daily..then i stopped..suddenly i saw my stomach gaining weight before i could realize anthing i gained around 6 kilos in three months now i look mature and good except of my belly i have a apple shaped belly ..now my all friends make fun of me please help..i used to eat a lot ...but now i have reduced my intake...but no effect...i m 20 and earlier i had very less skin on my face...now i am very...chubby..and have double chin!!!

Glucofast is the answer. Take two pills before each main meal and you will be thin as before. This has to do with a condition called insulin disorder.

Movement,exercise,the most common cause of weight around the belly is sitting around in one position.Personally I think having a bit of a belly is womanly.

Also I never eat after 6pm,I was fat most of my life and have been a size 4-6 for 13 years because I never eat after 6.The minute I start eating really late I get a belly and get a bit podgy.

don't take pills liek others suggested, you don't know what they are for and waht side effects these leave. if you cut down fatty food and do at least 35 min of walk normal 3 to 5 times a day or more, depending on how much you want to slim is better
if you take glucofast these will lower your blood sugar making thigns works, bcos you will feel too dizzy!...... watch out before taking pills

Strange that this would overtake you so suddenly. Anyway, it seemed the yoga was working for you, so why not go back to that? Go back to the yoga, cut your calories, and if you need help with your diet, check out the link below. I ordered their first edition book, and it really helped.

You can lose weight by doing some major cardio, eatting right and exercising daily.

I promise! You will lose weight if you do Cardio.

please reduce the intake of food and do a lot of exercise especially stomach exercise and seek a doctors advice.
