I will soon be starting on the pill and I was wondering if anyone had had an unwanted pregnancy, even if they take their pill perfectly. I'm talking the pill being the only contraceptive used. Also, is there any time in one's cycle when they're on the pill when one is more susceptible to pregnancy than others? Thank you.

Supposedly there is a history in my family of easy pregnancies. Will this complicate anything?

I've been taking the pill for 4 years and haven't had any problems. The most important thing is to take the pill the same time every day to keep the hormones in you system. I take mine at 6:30 every morning. Even when I sleep in, I set my alarm to wake up at 6:30, take it, and go back to bed. You shouldn't have to worry about getting pregnant at any time. But I did for the first 3 months, so we used condoms during the unactive week of the pack, when you're suppose to get your period. After a while, I stopped worrying so much. Also, use condoms if you get sick and are perscribed antibiotics. Some antibiotics weaken the effectiveness of the pill. Don't let anyone tell you that you're too young or wait until you're married. You are responsible for you body and you're doing the right thing by going on the pill. And, the best part is that you'll know exactly when you're getting your period.

Im uncertain whats occurring with that yet i can allow you comprehend that i've got been taking yaz for some years and that i used to bypass pills for all time, now and returned for months at a time and then i might start up returned, and it snarled my cycle so undesirable that i not often get huge-unfold sessions anymore and that i in my view went an entire year without needing one in any respect. so i i think of you would be large in case you basically skipped one yet attempt to not bypass from now on pills reason it would desire to screw with your cycle. or attempt yet another pill.

Sounds like you are not old enough to be doing what you are doing. Wait until you are married it is better then.
