I am drinking Green tea for 3 years now. It helps reducing weight, by eliminating water, and cleaning the blood by reducing cholesterol. But in order to reduce weight, you must follow a special diet. Without carbohydrates, as you said, eating vegetables and fruits, eggs and fat free yogurts, poultry meat. I adapted the South Beach Diet for myself. And it worked. In 2 weeks I lost 3 kg.

Green tea alone wont do much for your weight. I have been drinking it daily for 4 months now and show no difference. Losing weight really does require a change in your diet and adding moderate exercise to your lifestyle.

I don't know about green tea, but there have been some promising studies on Pu Erh tea. Health food stores carry it.

eco-friendly tea does greater to circumvent fat from boost on your arteries (in case you drink it after a meal) than it does with weight help. It does have some caffeine, so it speeds issues up a touch, yet no longer probably plenty. in case you opt to drop some weight, you may desire to quit each and all of the better and valueless carbs, like soda and white bread, and too plenty sophisticated (white) sugar.
