She will have to attribute that injury directly to more migranes, and for that you need experts in court, which costs alot of money, if you warned her, then she could be held partly liable for her own injury.
Remember i have alot people who dream about claiming this and that, and in the uk, its not easy to win, you got to put your money where mouth is. Suing yourself is not the answer which is what she is proposing!

Your first mistake was to do the Manly thing and fix the shower head. Big mistake. I know hind sight is always 20/20, but what you should have done was simply taken her out to the back yard and hosed her off.
But that doesn't solve the problem now.
I suggest that what you do is convert immediately to the Azteccal religion (free but they request a 200 peso donation). You can then exercise the ancient religion practice of cutting her heart out and tossing it into the garden. A less extreme but still effective option is to cut her tongue out. That would , in effect, solve 2 problems that you have. Good luck.

very true it just go's to prove how stupid the new claims law is. An accident is just that its not like you decided to hurt your wife on purpose and if she thought the shower head was unsafe sh should have fixed it herself.
Unfortunately she probably can take the case to court I would recommend an out of court settlement of breakfast in bed and a bunch of flowers. It might just work.

that's a perfext example of people using minor accident to try and gain money from people now-adays. You should sit her down and talk about what happened, tell her it wasn't your fault, etc. I think if she talks to a solicitor, they'll try and push her to do it, because they want to be paid, and they aren't exactly fair people.

Why spend money on a court case against yourself?
Fight it and give the solicitors everything you own!!!

So she wants to pay people to take the money that belongs to both of you and give some of it to her? Is she stupid or something?
