Nevermind where I stay, I am just worried that you are melting. So, if you're at home run to your wardrobe and get some cotton clothes out and put them in the freezer, and go take a cold shower. Go to the freezer and get your clothes out and wear them immediately (we don't anyone to see you naked now, do we?). And drink a bottle of water, this need not be necessarily cold 'cos cold water stimulates the body to work overtime to heat the cold water, thereby making you feel hotter.
If you are somewhere else, I suggest you splash some water on your face, neck and hands and feet now and a little on your head (hopefully you're not someone who uses too many hair products!). Now run to the store and pig in to some cold yoghurt.

In Missouri. The temp right now is 76 it is only 6:11 AM. It is supposed to be around 100 all week. I've only got AC in the bedroom. I pray we get some relief soon.
