Sunny Spain, up in the mountains, and I'm melting too!!!
No aircon in the office or house, my bedroom thermometer marks 30ºc.
It is about 47ºc in the sun, so take a few º's off for the shade...
Oh hot hot summers, I'll be in the pool as soon as I finish work... Mmmmm cold water.....

Turn on a fan, get a light sheet for your bed and consider making it damp to help cool you off. Works best with a fan.

Northern California. It's 60 now.
We just had our heat wave. It was unbelievable.
Stay cool! Go to the mall or bookstore where they have plenty of A/C!
