II 'm studying English now. I live in Japan now. After a party my English teacher said to me "cuddle?" ,and he gave me a quick hug. I'm marrried. He's married,too. we dont't have such customs in my countory. I'm really confused.
Do people who speak English use the word "cuddle" ,when they say good bye ?

♡I have to agree with the last ninja. That was totally inappropriate in my opinion. "Cuddle" means 擦り寄る(suriyoru) OR 寄り添う (yorisou) in Japanese. That's something you want to do with your husband, NOT your teacher. 駄目, 駄目, 駄目!!! I'm American living in Japan and I never use the word 'cuddle' when I say good bye in the US or here in Japan. He's obviously very friendly! 危ない!! If he continues to act that way, it will escalate and you may have problems. If it continues, report him and find a NEW English teacher.
