TREADMILL. You don't want to get too exhausted from the heat, you won't get the same benefits from running if you hurt yourself. You can set the treadmill for different courses that make your legs think you're outside. I'd go for that.

I am a firm believer in running the road. All training that I have ever taken part in from the military to police academy had road runs. Running the road incorporates many different things into the workout. You get the hills that are crucial to becoming a better, longer lasting runner. You get good stop and go because of obstacles. Stop and go mimics sports which keeps the body off balance and leads to better calorie burns. I never liked a treadmill because the faster you go the more it jerks. You must also keep pushing buttons in order to get hills and speeds......Go natural.....hit the road and do the work.

Id run outside if it was me just because the heat will make you stronger i think because if you train inside and when it comes to race day and its hot out your body wont be use to it but thats just me.

if you can handle it run in the heat...when I was young and would jog I would do it regardless of the weather. Now if you see me running you better start running as well because something bad is going down.
