I 'm studying English now. I live in Japan now. After a party my English teacher said to me "cuddle?" ,and he gave me a quick hug. I'm marrried. He's married, too. we dont't have such customs in my countory. I'm really confused.
Do people who speak English use the word "cuddle" ,when they say good bye ?
Is he just friendly or ? What do you think he was up to?

no, we don't say cuddle, i've never heard of such stupidity. we will simply hug or make a gesture of it. be careful, cuddling is usually what couples do, or what people do with their favorite stuffed animal or pet. he's trying to come on to you, keep your distance.

No, we don't use the word cuddle when saying goodbye. You are right to be suspicious. Don't allow yourself to be caught alone with this man.

He's asking for a cuddle. He's also a pervert. If he does it again, smack him for me, ok?

I think he is a creep. Keep away from him. This is not normal behavior.
