Because what they wear says alot about them. As well as their looks. So many people do not look past the looks. All they see is what is in front of them You have to look through this and see what is inside of the person before you can see their real beauty.

Because women were once regarded as property.
And even today most of the women feel happy about that. They still want to be property of some strong man. They want them to display themselves in most attractive way possible. The industry of FASHION is all for that purpose only.
The women like Miss Universe / Miss World and all other models do not have any thing else other than physical beauty, so they need to use only LOOK.
Women like Mother Teressa or Madam Curie never require to use their look.

b/c that's how the world is!! no one can worry about their damn selves and leave other ppl out if their mouths.....they always have to make comments and snicker or do something when someone walks by......u already know when it's the girl who's judging it's out of jealousy....and when it's the man who's judging, sometimes he likes a certain quality about the girl,, but he can't show that cause his friends think she's gross!!
