first of all. take it out. if you dont let it heal it will get infected. then get a proper stud for your nose. this would help alot. :o ) clean the hole with some hydrogen peroxide and a q-tip. thatll prevent infection.

First and foremost, don't try to take the piercing out yourself. You will do more harm than good. Go to a doctor and have them remove it as soon as possible. If you leave it in, you run the risk of having the butterfly clip and/or the stud itself being sunk into your skin. When it's removed, keep it thoroughly cleaned by using a quarter teaspoon kosher or sea salt dissolved in a glass of water, and soaking a clean washcloth in it, and compressing it gently on the inside and outside of your piercing. The doctor should also give you or direct you to buy antibacterial washes (not creams, as those could cause an infection). Follow the doctor's guidance as closely as possible to prevent further injury.
And should you decide to have your piercing done properly, ensure that 1.) the hole is completely closed and healed first. Piercing through semi-healed tissue could leave scarring, or worse, tear open the old wound, and 2.) you have it done by a professional piercer at a body piercing shop. The pharmacy had no right to pierce your nose with a tool that's designed to pierce ear lobes only. (Guns are designed to sit against, and compress, a flat surface. Think of the disaster a sewing machine has with lumpy clothes instead of well-ironed and flattened clothes. Yeah, they just did that to your nose).
As to the crust, until you get the piercing removed by the doctor, take the above mentioned sea salt solution, and swab around the area with a Q-tip, or do so with anti-bacterial liquid soap, and wash the soap off with a watered Q-tip.
Again, I reitierate: do NOT remove it yourself, but see a doctor immediately, and speak to a professional piercer at a local body piercing shop. They will give you good advice which should be heeded to the T.

It depends how long u got it done .it will take some time to heal the tissue near by the hole. After it heals up partly u remove the ring till it heals completely.after which the hole will become smaller in size then u can wear ur ring again. Get ur ring removed by a good jweller.

Go to a real piercing parlor and purchase the correct nose ring and ask for an antibiotic to help it cure. Otherwise, you're just wasting your money and hurting your body for nothing.

you should go to a doctor to get it removed. that is the best solution. then wait for it to heal and get it done by someone who knows what they are doing.
