If you want a slide to go into a paddling pool, you're gonna struggle because modern trading standards insist that all slides have a bar between the bottom of the steps and the end of the slide, therefore the slide can't go over the side of a paddling pool. You'll either have to 'adapt' one you purchase or buy a dodgy one that doesn't meet trading standards (ie no kite mark). That's what I did - I managed to find a cheap 'non-conforming' slide at ToysRus - alternatively try the market or ebay.

We got a great slide from Toys R Us that you can attach a hose to and it turns into a sprinkler thing... perfect when there isn't a hose pipe ban .
