Yes. Cells are made of matter. Matter is made of molecules. All molecules are made of atoms.

All molecules are made up of atoms and all cells are made up molecules, the molecules are in the forms of proteins, poly saccharides, carbohyderates, lipids and free molecules or ions(which are charged atoms). Thus going by such a formula we can say that cells are made of atoms.

But the question is out of place since the reply is obvious. I am not sure you have put the question to know or to test the people who can answer. Having put such comments i know that this answer will not be selected as the best answer. That doesn't matter as long as i have made it clear that this forum is meant for people to help each other and not test others.

Yes , every substance in this world is made up of atoms. In case of cells - if it is a plant cell- has a cell wall which is made up of cellulose- a compound of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen.A single cellulose molecule is made up of large no. of atoms. Also cells consist of proteins and other complex molecules.hence we can say that all cells are made up of atoms.

Everything is made of atoms.
Atom is the smallest say thing (although now protons and electrons asnd that sort of things hv been discovered).
A cell is made up of various things which makes it alive (protoplasm). Cell is the samllest unit of a 'LIVING BEING' not the whole world.

yes dear...cells are very much made up of atoms...cells are the basic unit of life and atoms are the basic unit of matter...
the simplest of cells are made up of a cell membrane, nucleus and certain other supporting structures which by nature are nucleotides( made up of aminoacids, sulphur ect), or carbohydrates such as cellulose...which are made up of atoms os carbon ..hydrogen and oxygen...
in short..atoms make up certain complex compounds...and these complex componds together constitute a cell

Yes, Most of chemical elements in our body from Calcium in our teeth to iron in our blood made chemical elements and they made atoms.

yes. atoms unite to form molecules and molecules unite to form cellular aggregates which further forms a CELL.

I seriously hope you're joking. Go back to school. Read a little.

Smart_mind89, dear, the human body is carbon-based, not calcium.
