There are many heritage sites but which kind of heritage site are you looking for?

Are you looking for an Aboriginal heritage site?

A european heritage site?

Or perhaps a heritage site of any one of the many hundreds of other cultures that we have here.

There is a wonderful Chinese temple in Darwin which has a long history.

There are many sites that are consideredheritage sites to the many malay and japanese divers in our pearl industry in Broome in WA and Darwin in NT.

Of course there are a number of airfields on the highway between Alice Springs and Darwin that are heritage sites from World War II.

And of course things like the Storey Bridge in Brisbane, QLD; Sydney Harbour Bridge in Sydney, NSW; that are also heritage sites.

So please what kind of heritage site would you like to know about?

There is a crocodile farm in Karumba, Queensland that was built by Christina Krislowski (sp?), who shot the largest ever crocodile from that region (and the largest at the time). A statue of it can be found at Normanton, 40 minutes away.
