Anyway, it depends from the situation you’re living generally.
In fact, if you are two young guys catching any opportunity (about sexual intercourse) or having casual sex mainly, then the best way just is to have some condom on tap (always at your disposal).
On the contrary, if you get no occasional sex, while your (possible) intercourses are programmed in advance (happening at home, for instance), then there’s no benefit to bring condom in the wallet.

It is not weird, but you must know that condoms a. have an expiry date (you should renew them b. should be kept in a cool place (if you carry your wallet in the hot weather, they may be useless after a while). So, it is better to have them when there is actually possibility for sex.

You betcha. There were some guys that did it as a status symbol in high school. It destroyed their wallet and it is not good for the condom either.

No, its not wierd. But your body heat decreases the effectiveness of the latex. Find another spot for them. I know you don't want any babies or STD's, right?
