Because no one is 100% male or female and all of us both male and female genes , it is the stronger gene that dictates which sex we will be and this is undecided during the early stages of pregnancy , thus we develop parts we don't need ie girls have facial hair and boys have nipples ,
Its the bodies way of ensuring that whatever sex we become we are at least complete and fully functional .

Women have a so called G spot ! men have a Prostrate Gland that is accessed by a doctor up the a-hole as you so delicately put it. Massage of the gland can cause an erection . It is also a common site for cancer in men .

The G Spot isn't a gynacologically recognised 'thing'. In other words prof's dont think it exists! And if it does it isn't neccesarily a factor that contributes to pleasure or reproduction!
