Hezbollah gains from maximizing civilian casualties on BOTH the Israeli and Lebanese sides.
Hezbollah maximizes Israeli civilian casualties when they launch Syrian and Iranian designed antipersonnel missiles with ball-bearing shrapnel. Furthermore, in Lebanon, Hezbollah deliberately operates military wings out of densely populated areas to maximize Lebanese casualties and gain media attention through gruesome pictures of maimed children
Hezbollah has only used one long range missle. Syria has supplied it with Zelzal and Fajr missles, some of which have been destroyed by the IDF. The buffer zone can not stop the missiles from reaching Israel. Hezbollah will begin the war again after this cease fire.
IDF video clips available on MFA website
The footage shows Hizbullah's firing of rockets from Kafr Qana and behind buildings, and the use of civilians as human shields:
--Hizbullah missile fire from within the village of Kafr Qana
-- Hizbullah firing rockets from behind buildings
-- Hizbullah use of civilian shields

I suppose that if there are terrorists in that village, then the Israeli army had to found a way to attack them without inflicting civilian casualties. However, I am disgusted by the assholes who rule the USA (and by the Israeli/western media), who justify whatever Israel does, while terrorising other countries. In 1998, Albanian terrorists, operating from Albania itself abducted cops and civilians, including Albanian nationals, and murdered them. Yugoslavia didn't attack Albania itself, but was bombed anyway in 1999 by Penis Clinton and his likes.

It's really unfortunate that innocent died. Hezbollah has really brought a lot of pain upon Lebanon. The sooner Israel can take out Hezbollah the better off everyone will be.

I think it is sad, that these people ignored Israels warning, to get the heck out of there.
It is beyond me how people with small children, can be so irresponsible and stay in this danger zone, to be used by Hezbollah as Human shields, but maybe it is the same mentality that makes them go out and be suicide bombers.

Wait till the rubble is cleared away in Lebanon and the thousands of innocent dead are found ... ask then. I was shocked when Israel shot off their first missile. Qana, is only a focal point.

Terrorists and their supporters have lost the right to complain about civilian casualties, since all they have is one goal: this entire war is to target civilians. Every single one of the more than 2,500 rockets launched into Israel, is launched into populated towns filled with women and children.
Don't cry to me about civilian casualties.
Cry to those using babies and wives and mothers; cry to those who store weapons in mosques, ambulances, hospitals and private homes.
Cry to those launching deadly rockets from the backyards of kindergartens and schools.
Cry to the heartless men who love death, and however many of their troops or civilians die, consider themselves victorious as long as they can keep on firing rockets at Israel's women and children.
