I was reading this article about how outrage people were about a mother breast feeding her baby on the cover of baby talk magazine. It said that while a few people seen nothing wrong with it majority of the people who read it and have gotten a first hand view of this in action were appalled. How do you feel about this?

I think there's a line. Yes, feed your child when you need to, but I know I'd prefer a level of privacy. Find a spot away from the crowd, cover up with a blanket. Enjoy bonding with your child.

It's amazing to me how as a society we are okay with simulated sex and murder on TV basically every hour of the day; ie. CSI, all soap operas, music videos and so on. We have gotten so used to the fact of people walking down the street or in a mall with basically nothing on we don't even blink anymore. Yet people get into a absolute outrage of breast feeding, something that is normal and natural. Why are people appalled? The BABY is hungry and eating, what's the problem? I've been more appalled by some people's table manners than by a baby nursing, we really need to snap to reality in this country and realize what's important.

I dont know about anyone else, but breastfeeding is the natural way to feed your baby, why way way way back in the old days before bottles were invented, how did mothers feed thier babies, by breastfeeding. I dont think that people should get so worked up over something like this, she only wants whats best for her child and she is also giving it a very healthy start. At least she isnt a prostitute out flashing her titts, now that's something that should be considered appaling.

in case you allowed your toddler to cry interior the eating place out of starvation somebody could *****! a female would desire to be waiting to feed her hungry baby everywhere, prepare, bus, park, homestead, on appropriate of a mountain! besides the actuality that the way society is going, there'll continuously be regulation suits and courtroom circumstances approximately breast feeding in public, that may not the fault of the female nor the toddler however the fault of our over sexualized international we live in. possibly next time you're in a eating place ask the ‘guy’ starring at you humorous at an identical time as nursing to hold your screaming toddler at an identical time as you may consume, and probably he could see the form you felt, even for a 2nd. This argument is a vicious cycle of hared in the direction of breast, female, little ones and sexuality (or lack there of). Do what you comprehend and what feels precise, and tell human beings off gently for being boastful, unwell-recommended gnats. Have a attractive day!

As long as it is not like out in the middle of the mall or the mother's boob is really noticable I don't care. Women have breast which are meant for babies. We go out into publich every day and turn on our tvs everyday to see women more than half undressed. Get over it is all I say. It's natural.
