Perhaps a change of your point of view would help out a bit. If you're thinking that you have too much, it's possible that you may try to solve all of the problems, or at least want all of them to go away very soon.

Also, is it actually "Life" that is giving you problems? Is it merely your existence that creates problems, or is it possible that it has more to do with situations in your life ... people, circumstances created by others or even by yourself, that gives the problems? Something to think about.

I would suggest that you deal with one situation at a time, and don't do it by yourself. Seek the help of someone else as well. Now, I'm not saying that you should have someone else all up in your business, but someone who will be able to give you what you need. Now here's the kicker: What you need is not necessarily what you want. I know that in some cases, the things that we need are avoided, and that's generally a big part of the problems that are created in our lives. The things that we need are not nearly as exciting or interesting as the things that we want.

So to condense my answer ... deal with one problem (situation) at a time ... get someone to help you get the things that you need (could be more than one person), and be careful not to confuse needs with wants. Also, perhaps a vacation would be better after the major situations are taken care of ... it doesn't have to be a week, does it?

Take care of yourself.
