If they both have the same slot, yes.. most common is PCI..

Yes, provided as said before in other answers that the slot is the same. However, it depends on how old your card is whether it is actually worth doing. The onboard sound capability of your new computer could be better than that supplied by the card you want to put in.

depends...

if that sound card is a PCI and your new pc has an available slot for PCI card then you may connect your sound card at your new PC. note that, you will need the driver of that sound card.

if it is not PCI then i don't think you may connect it to the new PCs technology because only pci and agp and other new expansion slots available..

yes, if it came from a little white slot.

If it came from a long brown slot, then no.

you might have to add drivers to make it work tho...

...is it a particularly good card?
cos if not, just use the onboard sound.

if your new computer is more advance configuration than your old one this should not have problem
