An excellent way to live and worth emulating by the so called emancipated society with daily divorces. Someone has referred to this as slavery. No, it is the men and women of the emancipated society who are slaves for passion, money and greed resulting in increased divorce rates. They cannot understand what are compromises in life for a successful married life. That the no. of cases of living together successfully after marriage has almost become nil, has grown as a complex to a society which could not follow this? No wonder of the reactions seen in the answers.

It seems as if the initiator of the question have an ulterior motive in mind when he asked this question - incitement?! It seems as if he is one without principles and values. Any NORMAL person of any religion and those without religion, doesn`t tolerate extra marital relationships - that's why two persons MARRY! Fooling around usually ends in a divorce. Which religion allows wives (or husbands) to fool around, and what makes the fact that Muslim women (for sake of the question) not fooling around different? It seems that you the initiator are not material for marriage nor someone to be trustworthy. Religion is only a contributing factor to argue principles and your trustworthiness.

I will add to my opinion to most of the respected answers u received Our religion (ISLAM) is all about belief, faith,respect, culture,faithfulness, good human nature.
I will like to add that your question is very naiive and to some extent stupid. All the 3 religions sent by ALLAH (god) considers what u say as a A VERY BIG SIN but the fact that some cultures
mishandled religious values and live in atotal lusty freaky societies where everyone sleeps with everyone add to that freaks, gays, lesb. and all these sick people. Look my friend Islam and all religions are opposing what goes aginst the human nature. Ask your Mother why dont u sleep with other men and tell us what she will say?

It is for the muslims own good!
It helps the muslims to be in unity.
Atleast when i see a muslim I can say he is one off a respected family.
He not a bästard.
I know many people who just dont know where they came from??
Who is their father?
or Who is their mother?
Where is their family???
They are just illicit children,who's parents have done illegal sex & left their baby in organizations who take babies with no parent records etc...
You will hardly find Any muslim who dosen't know who his parents are.
Isn't it strange for you??
Coz you come from a non muslim society where the illegal sex or extramarital sex is legal.
It is not cosidered a sin.
I wonder you know who your parents are or not!!!

not only muslim women , i'm a christian and i dont go fooling around with any other guy but my husband , why to have extramarital sex there is no point of doing it , if you dont love your husband just divorce in that's all but a decent person dont have sex with anyother person but the husband!!

No..it's because the barbaric practices of the muslim world allow for the murder of any woman even blamed for being seductive. (honor killings which the male members of the family provide)

Because that has to do with how they were brought up, religion, values, and culture etc. Its not a bad thing dont make it seem like it is. Atleast the person there with knows there dedication.

probably because of the religious & family values instilled in them as young girls-
or maybe because some of them are too busy working all the time for their non-working husbands they are too tired for extracurricular sex. my guess is the first-
unfortunately westerners take everything to the extreme including infidelity

If they get caught, consequences for them are much harsher than for non-Muslim woman. In the best case they are looking at divorce and shame in the community, in the worst case they are facing death.
