It's been said you haven't really lived life until you have things to regret. Do you agree?

(*laughter*) I don't have regrets. I have things I wouldn't repeat having matured and (hopefully) learned from the error of my ways. I have things I'm NOT proud of.....but regret? Not really.

If you read the dictionary, regret is associated to sadness. I wouldn't agree in this case cause you don't have to be sad about your mistakes.
As many people answered here, mistakes can be useful.
If a regret is just the fact to disagree with yourself, then yes, regrets are an important part of life, because life is about evolving, and there is no evolution without regrets (not sad regrets, just regrets :p)

I agree with that. you can't learn anything if you dont expierence some regrets. I regret losing my virginity at 17, wish i had waited. now i see my daughter at 14 and it terrifies me because it makes me think harder about what's going on in her life. and it helps start conversations with her easier too.

Good question. I never thought of that, but I would have to agree. Lof of regrets in my past, but it paved the way by creating wisdom and experience.

i never regret anyting in my wholelife.im the one hu is incharge on my life n how will i live with it so i don't tink i suld regret anyting while im dat tym making decision n make dat decision knowing n insisting dat it is the rite one to do....
