It all depends on the age. I think it is Ok for the lecturer to have sex once the students have graduated from the UNI.

It is a violation of ethics in any school, regardless of age of teacher/student while the student is enrolled in the course that the lecturer is teaching and would lead to censure or termination of the lecturer and could result in disciplinary action against the student including suspension, repeating the course or expulsion of from the school.
If the student is underage, it could also be a violation of the law, depending on the laws that state or country and the age of the student.
