This may not be the best place to look for the best pal.
Most people here are faceless and if they do have an avatar then that can be deceptive. Even the description they put out about them selves can be false.
Aspects like sincerity and loving nature, kindness etc can only be established over a period of time after you have known the person for a considerable time.
In any case, people would like to know a little bit about you before you can expect them to respond with any sincere intentions.
This is not to say that there are no people here that meet your criteria of friendship. But it will be hard to judge them from the information that is displayed here. Good luck!

Hello Melanie. Finding a 'best' pal here won't be easy. I'm sure there are many decent people that will make good friends though, but you shouldn't go expecting too much. Good Luck.
