One word; MEDIA.
For i know, SOME guys out there are acting more & more like some of the guys in music video, perverted & ask for any random girl`s number. Some of them especially look at every girl`s boobies or booties then chase after them if they see something they like & yeah, i think you know what i mean. But im saying "SOME", not ALL so i hope you guys arent gna get offended. So some women show cleavage & stuff to get the attention that they crave for.
These days, there are billboards, mags, tv, music videos, songs blah blah blahh that talks & shows the "perfect" women that has big boobies, booties, skinny waist, full lips, big eyes, blah blah blah, you name it. So everyday, women are busy from tryna get as close to that "perfect women" image as much as possible and one way of that is by wearing clothes that shows skin.

I've never seen a chick's crack in public, cleaveage yeah, but not the other. Here's what you do. Stare. Stare so obviously at it and then proceed to tell them that if they didn't want you to look then they wouldn't have flaunted it.

ALOT of clothes that are sold these days are cut low for extra cleavage or unneccesary bum crack. But apart from that, you're right, it's silly and ugly.
