Well, first check out this site, or the American equivalent:

To see if you have depression. That gives you a number of the things you mentioned.
However, I also suggest getting regular excercise (Don't overdo it) and not drinking coffee or having chocolate or soft drink after midday, to make sure it is not caffeine doing this.
Finally, the last option is stress - you may be way too stressed, in which case you need to find and list the things that make you feel stressed, look for underlying causes, and then try to make things right.
It is always important to remember who you are, never forget who you can be, or spend too much time thinking about how you should look or be rather than what you are.
P.S. When making the list, be comprehensive, and writing down times is very useful, so you don't miss the small things like 'not enough vairability in diet'
Also, it is important not to do any illegal drugs; now would be catastrophic. Much higher dangers than the usual. Medicines prescribed by doctors should be no problem though -they have strict dosage control provided you use them as per the instructions.
Finally, if symptoms persist for a month or so, see a doctor. You would not want to develop fibromyalgia/fibromylagia, after all.
:)

ideally, you should get a minimum of 6 hours of sleep each night, on a similar time as getting 8 or perhaps 9 is lots finest... yet that the "minimum" volume of sleep mandatory relies upon on what variety of projects you choose to accomplish for the period of the day, and how your physique works. Distinguishing the minimum volume of sleep mandatory isn't precise, as this incredibly relies upon on the guy. Getting in basic terms 4 hours of sleep for a persistent volume of time would, although, incredibly placed on down your device, ultimate to ailment, known fatigue and different well being issues..

It sounds like you're depressed which may also be the cause for you putting on weight. Try a little exercise and meditation or even as previously suggested Yoga.

it can really be eating to much fish? (mercury content is high even once a week eating fish) also if you recently had any dental fillings...both of those things cause these behaviours...as well as depression.
