Sense of achievement when I know that I know the answer to a question and feel happy that I can be useful for some one who needs my help.
I have also learnt how to tolerate the aggressive behavior and understand different view points on a controversial topic.

I have noticed that a very high proportion of both questioners and respondents have no understanding of grammar and are unable to spell (even with a spell check available) How has education failed so badly?
