First choose what kind of travel and tour company you want to be, then you can decide on your strategies. Who do you want to serve/not want to serve?
And do you mean marketing strategies (how you will achieve your business goals- build awareness, launch a new program, etc) or advertising tactics (i.e place a web ad)?
