you should learn take other countries problem's seriously and not make fun of them...am African and am disgusted by your question,AFRICANS didn't choose to be hungry or to BE in the state that we're in...it's sad that no matter how rich your country is you my friend still think so shallow and poorly....shame on you
oh and by the African is a continent made up of different countries it's not a one country so YES in different African countries people do manage to buy food with there local currency the few that don't manage are those that are displaced or harshly affected by wars and by natural disaster's
