yes.

The easiest method is looping a string into a chain stitch (look for that on a website, usually crochet/craft sites). Choose how many chains you want between beads/adornments/features.

Then it graduates upwards towards needing snipe nose plyers and flat nose plyers, with a selection of jewellery 'findings' (the little bits that make up clasps, connections and fastenings) and variable thicknesses and colours of wire gauge and beadings.
