If you are talking about converting music files from music cd to MP3 then you can do this using the rip option in Windows Media Player 10 or Winamp 5...
If you'd like to convert songs on your hard disk to different formats use Nero Wave Editor!

Depends on the original file format. I use the inbuilt converter in my burning programs. ie, Nero, Adaptec(Roxio) ect.
Download from somewhere like www.download.com
You can "rip" to HDD instead of burning to CD, in whatever format you want
Play around with them and you'll work it out.
I know you can do it thru winamp, but i never bothered workin' it out.

Assuming that they are on a CD you can rip them to WMA or MP3. You can also use WinAMP and download the appropriate plugins or Microsoft Media Player to convert/rip to WMA. Alternatively you can use http://cdexos.sourceforge.net/ which is free

turning out to be waves in the time of u.s. by technique of accomplishing an unparalleled three hundred% improve price considering the fact that its inception, Blender is a song mag for the ‘now’ technology. It became born out of a technologies-inspired shift contained in the way song is fed on at the same time as contraptions such as the iPOD, the ubiquity of internet penetration contained in the city panorama and the emphasis of mandatory contraptions such as the cellular telephone, heading in the right direction, have realigned the musical concentration from albums to singles and listening to song, from a table sure interest to song on the bypass. Blender India is delivered to you by technique of Media Transasia.
