Keep yourself busy....have water to quench your thirst, dont go for those soda and tasty beverage....they only add in more unnecessary calories...eat lots of green leafy vegetables, and also moderate number of fruits....avoid canned goods as much as possible...dont skip your meals...its a sure way to crave and binge on more food later....just try it ,,, :)

Hi. Eat 3 times a day. Avoid fried stuffs. If u are female then go for aerobic -avoid severe gym practice (when u discontinue this then it will increase the weight double). Take less non-veg. If u cant avoid take Fish. Take green veg and fruits. Use cycle for shorter distaces. This will reduce your weight and ur cost !!!!!. Cycling is best for all round health.
Follow the above steps and keep fit.

The best way to lose weight is by controlling your diet and of course a little exercise. You can lose weight by avoiding foods like white rice,potato,beans,carrot,beetroot,watermelon and banana. These foods contain lot of sugars which make you fat. By avoiding these foods and doing at least 20 min walking a day i was able to lose 10kgs in 2 months.

1. Control your portions. You can eat anything, just serve yourself a small (not tiny) portion.
2. Eat slowly (it's delayed reaction time for you stomach to tell your brain that you are full, u could much down a whole plate by that time.
3. Try not to be a total couch potato. Do 1 active physical thing a day, like wash car, go for a short walk.

Do not eat unless you are hungry AND stop eating before you are full. Limit your sugar intake.
In your daily exercise, try to increase your heartbeat at to at least 120/min and maintain that level 20+ minutes.

Stop eating when you are no longer hungry. There is no need to finish everything on the plate if you are not hungry.
