I have windows XP, so it should be compitable.
First problem was I need Flash 2.0 drive, so I got that.
I plug my MP3 player into it, and when go to the software program, it says that my MP3 player is not plugged in.
On the box, it says I need Windows Service Pack 1, which I don't have. Could that have affected it?

Hi., Im not an hardware eng. But I've used many compatible stuffs. B'fore connecting your player, please read the instructions on the user manual. Many add on will come with a DRIVER cd. 90% peripherals should be connected only after installing the given Driver. then the system should be restarted. Then connect your MP3 player. Then the OS will automatically shows new hardware found and So on.....
Follow the steps and enjoy your MP3 player.
