To loose weight you have to be a little patient but ya if u r really determined u will surely score !..here r some points to b taken care of while reducin fast and easy weight--
1. Exercise daily,it is by far d best thing which helps u reduce weight,burn cals,keep fit n look younger, say 6 days per week of running, twists, sit ups, leg raises.
2. check ur diet, do not over eat or starve just the right amount and balance between nutrients, less of carbs, less fat,high proteins and vitamins.eat out but not very frequently, say twice a month is ok.
3. ya remember to be +ve and u improve daily and results do show but not in days but can take a month or two.
4. go for lean meat, skimmed milk, loads of fruits and veggies, cut fried stuff and sugar.
5. try to walk to a nearby place rather than wastin fuel waste ur cals and sweat to make sure u r active.
6. do have plenty of water, it keeps u hydrated and helps kidneys to run efficientlyt therefore taking load off from liver and helps in high rate of fat burning, plenty of water and urination is a major +ve key.
7. Do not eat carbohydrates after 7p.m. eat protein rich food instead, keep roadted snacks for munching like roasted beans.
8. do go for a lil night walk to make sure of ur digestion activity.
9.remember no exercise compares to jogging its d best, start with a lil walk and warm up u will make stamina in few days to run around 20 mins say in 1 week.
10. do make habit of havin stuff like corn flakes, muesli which r key to reduce weight and high in fibre content, salads, raw fruits instead of juices, curd etc.
11. remember,"HARD WORK PAYS" no one can deny this, once u stick to regularity u will urself see d difference and feel d confidence, u become better everyday then what u were a day before !..

I am a firm believer in protein power. When you eat carbs, they make you more hungry, when you eat meat, you can go without eating again much longer, you don’t get as hungry as fast. Cut out bread and pasta and carbs, and simply eat less. You don’t have to eat a whole big plate. Take about ½ what you think you need. Finish that and wait, if you’re still hungry ½ hour later, eat some more, but you won’t be. It takes 10 minutes for our stomachs to tell our brains we’re full.

Diet pills can be fast if you pick the right one. But they have side effects. If you want a healthy natural way eat more healthy small meals and workout everyday for at least 40 minutes. For the abs crunches or sit ups can help alot but you have to do them right to see good results.

Look, first it's the ATTITUDE:
If you lose weight, you will feel comfortable with yourself, comfortable being with others, you will be beautiful and healthy! You should keep thinking of that.
An idea is to keep pictures of you're favourite Slim pop stars in view, it will be easier to strive for your goal. You won't cheat so easily, because you will have reminders: and these are your dreams!
You have to give your body what he needs, all the nutritions, fibers, vitamins, minerals, proteins, iron ....
So a crash diet like ... not eating no carbohydrates or stuff like that, isn't healthy for your body. You need bread, pasta, meat, fish .... for protein
Let me explain by example:
Your body is made out of 3 legos muscle and 1 lego fat when ur born. Ok... life goes on ... you eat .. and gain weight..
You have: 3 blocks muscle + 2 blocks fat
You say ... "Omg! Time to go on a diet! You don't eat!! Yeah that's the only way I'll lose weight"

regular execise if exercise is to difficult try walk at least an extra hour a day....
