Delete them all from yahoo messanger.

Problem is because you given "yes" when yahoo has asked for Sync between your Address Book and Messenger.

How do I delete a contact from my address book?

To delete a contact on your Address Book tab using Yahoo! Messenger:

Right-click the contact and select "Delete."
Click the "Yes" button.
Deleting a contact from your address book also deletes them from your Messenger List.
