Most shops like JJB will do it for a nominal fee, it is usually cheaper if you get it done when you buy the shirt.

Unless you purchased it from jjb dont get it done their i got mine done their after i brought the shirt from soccer sportd who had run out of letters and jjb charged me 32 quid if it wasnt a birthady present i would of told them to stick it.

my idea is cheap first print out a team shrit stick it as a badge tehn print out a number and ur name then stuck it on ur shirt
