The problem are shaky politics, international criticized, but national accepted? Or is it just that there is no better person to do the job? Who could be the next American President and do a better job?

I believe your question is hypothetical. No, if he could run again, he would NOT win another term.
Too many things have come to light since the last Presidential election. Too many people are unhappy with him. His approval rating hovers at about 32%. He's not good at his job and has made too many mistakes. He won the last election because too many people were scared of what would happen to the wars if someone else took over (probably would have helped things).
Anybody could do a better job than President Bush, but we (not me personally) elected him for another term. 2008 will bring a better American leader, I hope.

G.W. Bush would win the next election, because a lot of people in the USA are stupid enough to re-elect him.
Yes, Because the election system is not democratic, and it is easy to cheat it...
Yes, because a majority of black people and known liberals will be banned from the elections again...
Yes as the military, the fanatic christians in the bible belt, the Fox-media and the industry are supporting him with there power..

properly, you could no longer blame Hillary for the clowns who desperate to place George W. Bush in place of work for 2 words. 30% approval scores and between the worst presidents in modern-day historic previous. I basically don't be responsive to how he controlled to get issues so very incorrect.
