hurt nipples?

for the past 2 or 3 days my nipples have hurt really bad. i'm not about to start my period, im not pregnant, and im not on birth control. what could it be? it hurts to touch anything....

If you are "sure" you are not pregnant you should see a Doctor.

I suggest a woman Doctor,they are better on this.

sometimes they do hurt when you have a lot of salt intake in ur foods.

u r big, maybe that's what it is, ur size, u should see a doctor, hope all is well...
