Your question is not clear.
What do u actually wanna know?
How could we go beyond our senses?
I think sense is not that type of a thing which one could go beyond.
I think sense itself is beyond everythng, like when I touch something I have a sense of touch, I feel the touch in my fingers but actually I only got the signals from my fingers, and the sense I felt came from my mind or created in my mind beyond my hand & fingers. The same with all five senses in us.
But if you are talking about the sense of humor or the sense of fear or about any other sense like sixth sense, then I don't have any answer.

Really sense is the window to the environment & the symbol of life , When sombody allive with out sence he's in fact spiritually dead .
In the other hand sence is the barrier against any environmental harmness &caution us against it.

yes in a sense (so to speak): science is finding and measuring new dimensions every day: in this manner, the dimensions that we cannot sense with our biologically enabled senses are shifted into measurable range(s) and are quantified/ explored.
Maybe there are developing (evolving) ways of sensing theses dimensions: maybe there are ways of increasing one's sensitivity to reaching these destinations.
maybe.
