The Bible and Shakespeare tell us to know ourselves. (Didn't Socrates say that, too? more or less.)
That is not so easy. I think one thing is to be honest with yourself. Often we fool ourselves or let others fool us into believing that we are the type of person that we are not.
The media shows us many models of conduct and appearance which are useless if not harmful.
I don't want to sound preachy but I feel best when I am developing my potential (could be music, poetry, sports, socializing, etc.) Then also worth comes from feeling that you are doing something useful, especially helping others.
Some would say that this is ridiculously idealistic but I was in the US Peace Corps and have done a lot of volunteer work in the community and church.
One important thing is to keep it all in balance because you need to fulfill normal responsibilities while developing as an actor, writer, athlete or whatever while you also shouldn't overdo volunteering as I have done at times since it may adversely affect the rest of your life.
Lastly, we do find meaning through our relationships with others but, again, it can be difficult to find a balance and not to try too hard to please others thus losing ourselves.
Balance . And so that I follow my own advice: I will send this and then get some rest.

If you keep your mental growth up - I think all of us have a very wide world itself within us. But mostly mind gets saturated at certain level and reach a satisfied stage. Thereafter, there is no growth except some rectifications and repairs in the developed world.
One who keeps growth until the last breathe is the true wise one. A major obstacle for this is Religion - then comes living situations and surroundings.

Repeat The following statement:
I KNOW I CAN BE WHAT I WANNA BE
From birth, both women and men were born with infinite capabilities. Think about how a baby looks at your lips and employs determination to mimic another individual and becomes successful.
You are not going to be able to do everything but trying is better than wondering.
hey, you never know until you try.

By listening to what's inside yourself, and listening only to yourself. You can only do as much as you think you can.
