I think 20s. young enough 2 run around with the kids but old enough 2 have the maturity that comes with them.
i had my first at 19 and second at 21, my friends with kids say i'm like an old woman as i dont go clubbin or anything, my mates off load their kids on the childrens' grandparents almost every week so they can go out and get drunk.
Any age is a good age as long as the maturity, responsibility and devotion is there.

It is my personal opinion that you should only have a baby when you are financially stable enough to raise it on your own- not by sucking on the Government tit and not by depending solely upon a partner for financial support.
It is also my opinion that you should only consider having a child after exploring career options and an education-
I think people should aspire to be more than simple breeding sows.
Looking upon reproduction as the sole purpose in life places people on the same level as cattle.

Between 21 to 30 (years of age)is the peak and best time to have a baby because during this age orgasms are more intense and it is easier to conceive.

prefferably in the afternoon. First off you get to spend the hottest part of the day in airconditioning. And secondly that way you can start all the childhood birthday parties on the exact moment

Time of year? Age? You need to be more specific.
Time of year I would say Spring. Being pregnant in summer, with an additional heater, is awful! Age? When you are mature enough for an infant to call you Mom/Dad or say "I love you Mom/Dad" and mean it wholeheartedly!
