The period taken by you is much too short.Persons may age during this time but nations do not show any appreciable difference. While some tendencies seen at present are rather worrying there are others which give cause for a better next half of the 21st century. While still rolling in its post-war glory and the heady intoxication of being left the only super-power in the world is having (vis.Iraq)and may perhaps have some deleterious effect France ,Spain and other nations holding themselvels aloof from hasty misadventjures like Iraq does have a sobering influence. The strong anti-VietNam wave swept USA (Bill Clinton was not repeat not a VietNam hero)
was also an unexpected development but showed that their feet were touching the earth now. The 9/ll episode has temporarily upset it but slowly but surely it is dawning on Ameroca that every other Muslim was not an Osama Bin Laden. If its head was still in the clouds it would have by now attacked Iran and also North Korea for not falling in the nuiclear line. This is a natural development. As they say even the darkest night has as pleasant morning at hand.As regards the flippant questions put forth by you I feel that America will leave all this childishness behind and put forth its foot as a mature man(which includes woman). Wish her well.

Good question. I think the logical progression would go something like:

A one party state with a couple of factions, like the independents now.

A considerable break down of personal liberty and a far greater degree od interference by government in the lives of Americans.

A defense budget in the multiple trillions

Greater disparity between rich and poo

As for your questions, I think the bush dynasty will most likely institute a law that ONLY texans may become president.

Scientology and Christianity will merge to conceive the Church of the Blee-RR-aarg All Saints

Isn't it already?

Tom-Kats baby will be a deity in the aforesaid church

No

Fat? FattER is more like it. and I'm American so I can say that.
As of your suggestions,
- The Cruiser spawn will be living in Mars in fifty years.
- Plastic surgery will indeed become mandatory for anyone over the age of fourteen.
- We will all be scientoligsts, wearing purple, and worshipping L. Ron Hubbard.
- Texas will now be its own country, where George W. Bush Jr. (one of the twin's kids) will govern as the allmighty ruler)
- Microsoft will be the new name for Taco Bell.
- The other nations in the world will be called Sub-America.
