Most people say 8 hours sleep is sufficient. But some people vary greatly (Margaret Thatcher said she only needed 5!).... I think it is all to do with quality of sleep as well.
Personally I think it has to do with the season's rhythms too. So it makes sense to feel sleepier earlier as the days shortern in the winter etc. and to want to get up earlier (that used to be essential when you had to use the light to plough the fields etc.!)
Anyway, I think the best way is to get around 8 hours. To set your alarm at the same time each morning and to always get up at that time regardless and to go to bed when you feel tired (otherwise it feels forced and you can't sleep just because it is a certain time) - that seems to work for me.

Well im a very healthy person.
I go to bed at 11:30 pm and wake up at 7:30 am
most of my friends sleep till 2 o clock but thats stupid and wastes time; plus, im too hyper in the morning so i get up early.

There isn't really a certain time. Just make sure you're getting about 8-9 hours of sleep a night. Six at minimum. Twelve at max.

Most people say early to bed and early to rise but it depends on your lifestyle and age. Older people need less sleep. Some people work better at night but if you are young, it is usually better to get normal sleep.
My sons love to stay up late and sleep late but they do it on vacations and sleep normally when they have to work or study.

If you are an older people, it is better to get up at 6 and go to bed before 10.30. If you are young, get up at 6 and go to bed before 10. would be good.

There is no normal or healthy time to sleep. It all depends on your inbuilt circadian cycle.
