So, who would win in a fight between Gabriel Van Helsing, from the movie Van Helsing (starring Hugh Jackman), or Blade, from the movies and comics?

Blade would beat Van Helsing. Blade wont be affected by all those garlic and vampire killing tools. Blade also uses guns not just a sword. Don't think Van Helsing can do that matrix s*** and dodge bullets.

I would say Blade, he uses guns while Van Helsing medieval weapons. Blade is a half human and half vampire, so he isn't that sensible too light, garlic or something like that that kills easily a vampire.
