when your pregnant your ovaries dont grow they stay the same. its your uterus that changes. the ovaries just release the egg which then gets fertilize by the sperm them travels down the fallopian tube and gets in planted in the uterus where it will grow for the next nine months. a normal uterus is usually the size of maybe a pear. and 2 weeks pregnant is not going to do any change to it. wait till you are maybe 1 month or 2

Ovaries do not change shape unless they have been afflicted with disease, cancer, infection. An ovary releases an egg a month, or 28 days, and remains the same size.If you are referring to the ovum (egg) that has been fertilized at 2 weeks, the size may not be more than that of a dime as it undergoes meiosis and develops with the DNA signatures to give the traits to the fetus.

why do you want to know the size of the ovaries? It's your uterus that grows with pregnancy
